nursing leadership role in locality healthcare organization. The outcomes of various nursing
concepts will be explored according to the engagement of employee’s design of an information
scorecard that would help in assessing the performance of the healthcare system.

Grady Health System is a healthcare organization that will be a discussion. The Grady
Health System provides medical services to the population of Atlanta, Georgia, in the United
States. The healthcare organization has more than a 176-bed acute system which has been
servicing the community for a long period. The Grady Health System is known to offer specialty
services, Level I Trauma center, nutrition/obesity, cancer, cardiac health, diabetes, and
behavioral health. The mission of the healthcare organization is to provide compassionate,
quality, comprehensive, ethical, and culturally competent in a fiscally responsible manner
(Sahusilawane, 2020). The Grady Health System is known to initiate community health
assessment programs which involve outpatients and inpatients surgical hospital. With this
community assessment process, the Grady Health System management system can have a clear
picture of the health status of the target population. This assessment helps in identifying
healthcare conditions that are challenging in the community.
The majority of patients who are admitted to the Grady Health System are more than 18
years, such as critical illness requiring specialized care, chronic medical conditions, and post-
surgical needs. The unit section of the first floor has 24 beds, while the primary goal of the
nursing team is to treat patients with compassion, respect, and dignity (Hatefi & Haeri, 2019).
This can help in keeping them safe and responding promptly. The healthcare provider listens to

among patients. The first approach to ensuring there is a reduced readmission rate is to improve
the experiences of caregivers and patients. This approach would make the process of treatment
easy to understand and simple to comprehend among patients and caregivers (Sahusilawane,
2020). The management of the Grady Health System aims at creating a unique level of providing
services to potential patients. The primary care physician will ensure that all clinical process is
set up for effective follow up immediately after discharge. This process is set to ensure
physicians can improve patients’ outcomes even after discharge. Medical staffs will use

System. The central objective of the management system will be the management of patients
