If I’m studying economic transformation in the United States, I’ll focus on ways to improve the state’s financial situation as a whole (Marist.edu, 2020). I noticed that the materials and information I was given were comparable. Instead, then sitting around hoping someone would show pity, it’s a smart move to go out and get what you want. Differences in the sources and information received indicate that women’s efficiency in the workplace is not being fully used. Female participation in economic progress is more likely to achieve its goals within the allotted time period. To slow down the rate of economic change, I suggest in my presentation that we give more weight to the inherent capabilities of the workforce as a whole by including more women.
