Project Overview. As you know, your final project has focused on one of the UN’s Global Goals in order to develop a product, project, or detailed research paper. Your aim here is to first reflect on your project and then detail how the project shows potential employers how you can translate all what you have learned here at USF, particularly here in the Department of Communication, into demonstrable skill sets, such as this product.

Submission Requirements. Your Final Project grade consists of two components to be compiled together into a word document and submitted on Canvas:

Your product and/or documentation of your project: This will vary based on the project you devise. All work conceptualizing and executing your project will be compiled into a portfolio included in this document.

For example, if you plan an online event, your portfolio would include materials on building a budget, recruiting participants, and extensive screenshots of the event itself.

If you are producing a podcast, you would show the ways in which you prepared (e.g., generating a list of potential guests, an email template for reaching out to them, information on finding sponsorship, etc) as well as links to the podcasts themselves.
