Situation – ILS acquired a new warehouse employing 50 existing warehouse employees and 50 delivery drivers. The business was purchased for $400K and an extra $100K is set aside to help resolve existing issues.

Issues – the newly acquired business has low customer satisfaction rates, safety problems, wasted resources, disorganized and lost inventories, delayed deliveries, outdated and poorly maintained equipment with high maintenance costs, poor job training, and non-documented processes
