This paper aims to assess the Vibra Hospital of Boise, in Boise Idaho, as a facility providing nursing and other health care services to long-term acute care patients. The consultation that will be conducted is for the holistic evaluation of the organization, dealing with the internal and external processes involved in providing quality care to its patients and clients. It also caters to patients requiring medical-surgical needs and even intensive care unit patients. The facility is licensed to accommodate 38 patients, specifically 28 patients under acute care and 10 patients in the intensive care unit.
